8. Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

1.2. Customized or personalized items, as well as intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear, underwear), are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Return Process

2.1. If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2.2. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.

2.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your exchange unless the return is due to our error or defective / damage item.

3.3. If it is a Refunds, it may take 3-5days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
